Dongfang Thermoelectric announced today that according to an arrangement with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government, the SASAC has hired intermediaries for the audit and assessment of the company assets on the matter of the strategic partnership introduction. Audit assessment is under way at present, so close attention will be paid to the matter and information disclosure obligations will be implemented on a timely basis by the Board.
