The company announced that by market close on 23 Jun 2008, its third-largest shareholder and effective controller, Geng Jianming, had bought an additional 76,000 shares of the company, equal to 0.0095% of total shares outstanding, at an average price of RMB 6.97 per share. As of 23 Jun 2008, Geng holds a total of 133,000,000 shares of the company, equal to a 16.625% stake.

Geng also holds a 59.257% stake in RiseSun Enterprises Holdings Ltd, the controlling shareholder of the company with a 70% stake, which makes Geng the effective controller of the company.
