Shijiazhuang Dongfang Thermoelectric Co., Ltd disclosed today that controlling shareholder, Shijiazhuang Dongfang Thermoelectric Group, notified the company on 14 Sep 2007 that it had received a notification, from State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shijiazhuang City, informing that it had commissioned an agency to audit and evaluate the assets of the group for the purpose of introducing a strategic co-partner.
