At the 1st Meeting of the 7th Board of Directors and the 1st Meeting of the 7th Board of Supervisors, both held on 23 Jun 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect Fu Xinhua as Chairman of the 7th Board of Directors
2. to appoint Gu Zhonghui as General Manager, Hu Zhikui as Secretary of the 7th Board of Directors and Zhou Qishun as Compliance Officer
3. to elect Nie Jianhua as Chairman of the 7th Board of Supervisors

Zhou Keming and Zhang Yingyi were elected as members of the 7th Board of Supervisors by a Workers’ Congress.
