On 20 Jun 2008, the company signed an equity transfer agreement with Beijing Dongxue Xinglian Investment Co. Ltd. According to the agreement, a 96% stake in Shanghai Tomorrow Beipu Technology Development Co. Ltd, currently held by the company, will be transferred to Dongxue Xinglian for RMB 58.54 mln. A proposal regarding the matter was examined and approved at the 19th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 20 Jun 2008.
